711cuc Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Platform Use for Malaysian Players

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, an active email address, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a strong password. 711cuc recommends a password of at least eight characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols to keep your account secure.

Once an account is registered, users are fully responsible for keeping all personal information up to date. Any changes to personal details must be communicated to the 711cuc support team via email at support@711cuc.xyz.

Section 3 Account Security & Protection

The security of your 711cuc account is a shared responsibility between you and our platform. The following are your obligations regarding account security:

• Never share your password, OTP code, or any 711cuc account login credentials with anyone — including family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be a 711cuc representative.
• Always log out of your account when you have finished using a shared device.
• Use a unique password for your 711cuc account — do not reuse the same password from your other accounts.

• Contact 711cuc support immediately at support@711cuc.xyz if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Section 4 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. 711cuc does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to have originated from a source not belonging to the account holder, 711cuc reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

Funds deposited into your 711cuc account are strictly for entertainment purposes on the platform. 711cuc is not liable for any losses incurred through gameplay using your account balance. Once processed, deposits cannot be reversed or refunded unless a proven technical error on 711cuc's part has occurred.

Section 5 Withdrawal of Winnings

• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for regular players and faster for VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond players.

Section 6 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Programme

6.1 New Member Welcome Bonus

• A welcome bonus of up to RM888 is awarded to new 711cuc members who make their first deposit.
• This bonus is available to new registrations only — existing accounts are not eligible.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x the bonus amount received. Example: A bonus of RM100 requires RM2,000 in wagers before it can be withdrawn.
• The period to fulfil the wagering requirements is 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses after this period will be automatically forfeited.
• The welcome bonus may not be used in conjunction with any other bonus unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

• 711cuc's weekly cashback programme is calculated based on net losses over the preceding 7-day period (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59).
• Cashback percentages vary by VIP tier: Bronze (5%), Silver (8%), Gold (10%), Platinum (12%), Diamond (15%).
• Cashback is credited to your account every Tuesday before noon and is subject to a 1x wagering requirement before it can be withdrawn.

6.3 711cuc VIP Programme

VIP tier is determined by your cumulative deposit total over a rolling 30-day period. VIP benefits include higher cashback rates, increased betting limits, faster withdrawals, and — at the highest tiers — access to exclusive casino tables and a dedicated personal account manager available 24/7.

Any attempt to abuse the 711cuc bonus system — including the use of automated software (bots), card fraud, coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or any other fraudulent method — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

Section 7 Game Rules at 711cuc

10.3 Changes to Terms & Conditions

10.4 Limitation of Liability
